If you haven’t already heard, we’re about to change up your rewards. Your shiny new Rewards Club is on its way, but we’ve struck some development issues that are beyond our immediate control, and it’s taking a little bit longer than we’d hoped for.
Our old loyalty programme is now wrapped up for good and officially closed, along with any remaining points on your account.
We want to make sure your new Rewards Club is the best we can offer you, so to say thanks for bearing with us, you will still be able to earn new points the same way you always have by swiping your current card, or by giving staff your loyalty number at point of sale.
Once we are up and running with our new Club, we will transfer any points earned from today onto your new account to be redeemed, or, if you’d prefer, we can move these points onto a gift voucher instead.

Why have you deleted my points?
To make way for our new Rewards Club coming soon, our old loyalty programme has closed for good, and along with it any remaining points you might have had.
But aren’t I entitled to those points? I earned them!
In order to ensure all our customers were informed of the programme closure, we sent multiple updates via our business email (dated 6th September, 18th September, and 16th October), and this information was also available in our venues and on our social pages. With our best and reasonable endeavours, this gave everyone affected ample time to use those points before the programme closed.
What if I didn’t receive any notifications from you regarding the loyalty changes?
We’re very sorry you didn’t receive these important updates. Please check your email address with us so we can make sure you get updates in the future.
When is the new club coming?
We have encountered some developer issues outside of our control, so it’s taking a little longer than we’d hoped for to have the new Rewards Club ready. As soon as we know more, we promise to update you.
What can I do in the meantime?
We appreciate your continued loyalty and want to make sure you can enjoy the festive season with us, so while you wait, you can swipe your loyalty card and earn new points (just like before).
These points can only be redeemed once we’re up and running with the new Club, and in one of two ways;

Ask us to reissue the points to you as a gift voucher instead
